We will walk you through our process from ideation to draft. First, we talk

​When you meet with us to discuss your vision, we’ll dig deep until we unearth the goals and parameters necessary to finish the project successfully. We believe in hearing what you want, not just prescribing what we think you need.

When we discuss projects, we’ll discuss budget up front. The reason for this is that we do not cut corners on quality but we want to make sure we’re on the same page. When we talk about materials, weights and finishes that will achieve the look you envision at the quality you expect from our team, it’s with all of the cards on the table.

Then, we scope

​Once we’ve come to an agreement on the project scope, we will create models of the project in a virtual setting. We design the project to work in the space.

​We are flexible enough to handle whatever challenges we encounter over the course of your build. You won’t hear us say it can’t be done; our team of creatives thrive on a challenge.

Next, we plan

We get the details right - from the foundation upward, you can be confident that our design and infrastructure is impeccable. We work with you to determine a realistic, affordable set that brings your idea to fruition without going over budget.

​We will provide you with the build plates you need to see that we are on the same page: check-ins, detailed set and space renderings, 3D models, or site visits - we’ve done them all depending on the complexity and budget of the project.

Function is First, the Design Must Work

We provide you with detailed digital blueprints to make sure you understand exactly what you will get. We are in this business to provide outstanding execution and maximum impact; it’s not cheap, but it doesn’t have to go over budget. We understand that there are constraints on imagination and we are ready to have that conversation.

We have been doing this long enough to know where there is potential for savings and where you cannot cut corners and still have a quality outcome. As projects progress, sometimes desires change. You can rest assured that we are able to handle changes, but we make sure the client knows if the scale of change will affect the budget. No surprises here.
